Here I am again exercising hard of the busy 2010 schedule.
My preparation started back in 2009 as I spent Christmas and the New Year at my first training camp in the Canary Islands.
I have just arrived from my second training camp in the Canary Islands as well where I participated in a smaller race and ranked 2^nd.

This week I am leaving to Al Ain, UAE for my third training camp.

2010 will require some serious hard work as I work on the qualification for the Paralympics games and prepare for the World Championships in Cali, Columbia.
